Hi everyone!
It’s been a long time coming but I think you’ll enjoy the new training site: LearnSketchUp.ca. Scroll down (Home Page) to see the Presentation Video then take a look at the Blog posts.
Currently I have a Free Workshops area open for viewing by registering on the site, then by the end of April I should have the 3 primary courses completed:
- SketchUp Pro – The Basics
- Layout – 2D Presentation & Design Documentation
- Putting it All Together (Module 3 of the Full Course)
- SketchUp Pro 2022: Beginner to Intermediate – Full Course
You can click on the courses to see the content and layout of each lesson but please note that some things (Topics) may change or be combined into other lessons and/or topics. As I record, edit, and render a video I see where things might be better if separated or included in another one.
The courses here follow a more Educational “in class” Lab approach, where I show you the process and many of the mistakes that are often made along the way. This way I hope to show you that when you are stuck, crashed, or you don’t know what just happened, you will see the work-around or the necessary steps to get you where you want to go.
After the ‘Official Launch‘ I’ll be working on Industry Specific’ Courses and Workshops like: Set Design for Film and Stage, or a specific Developer’s Plugin or Extension; also Advanced modeling workshops including:
- Modeling for 3D Printing
- Furniture
- Lighting
- Landscaping – Contours & Terrain
- Creating Cut Lists
- and more
