When I was asked to do this set I was excited; I hadn’t designed a restaurant for many years. Then they told me they wanted it to be a ‘Real’ working kitchen. I asked: “Do they know how much that will cost!?” “Do they know they will need proper Ventilation, Fire Suppression, Plumbing?” The answer was, “…they are going to find out! ”
The set was scaled back a bit but not much. SPFX and Construction built the required systems and it was done. It has the look of a well established eatery.
